Maildroppa contracts exclusively with businesses within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), not with consumers. We are therefore neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We prepare our own content with care and investigate specific reports of errors or legal infringements. The relevant Customer is generally responsible for third-party content published through Maildroppa. Report specific illegal or abusive content through Report illegal content and abuse.

Contractual warranty and liability matters are governed by the Terms of Service. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
