Postal Address
When sending newsletter campaigns through Maildroppa, it is necessary to provide a valid postal address. This information will appear in the footer of each of your newsletter campaigns, ensuring compliance with the GDPR regulations.

Segments
Segments are created using the different fields and tags that are assigned to your subscribers. For example, subscribers with the tag “NEW-SUBSCRIBER” and “email-marketing-course” could be placed in a segment that targets new subscribers who are interested in your email marketing course. You can also create a segment from other segments, if you want to.
Subscriber Details
On the Subscriber Details page you can find and manage your subscriber profiles. You can access the page by clicking on the name of the subscriber in the list of subscribers at the bottom of your Subscriber page. You can then view or edit the details of this specific subscriber.
User Profile
The User Profile allows you to adjust your profile email, password and name, as well as your preferred locale and timezone.

My Subscription
On the My Subscription page you can see which plan you are currently subscribed to. You will also see how many subscribers you currently have, including both confirmed and unsubscribed subscribers.

On the newsletter campaign overview page you can view all your newsletter campaigns.
Newsletter Campaign Report
Maildroppa includes a suite of reliable and informative analytics that allow you to review data relating to your Sent Emails by clicking on the title of a specific email.
Email Sender Information
You are required to include your sender information, including a physical mailing address, inside every promotional email you send in order to comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, and other anti-spam laws of the countries your recipients live in.
Import Subscribers From a File
Today, all major email marketing platforms offer the ability to export your subscribers through a CSV file.
Exporting Subscribers From Your Account
In the "Show" drop-down menu, select the status of subscribers you want to view and export (Confirmed, Pending, Unsubscribed, Bounced, or Blocked) or "Show all Subscribers" if you want to export subscribers from multiple statuses.
